Do you have difficulties with access
or custody regarding your grandchildren?
GRAY is a non-profit, confidential
association of grandparents who believe that we provide a
natural and necessary nurturing role in a healthy family. When
that role is blocked, (for whatever reason), everyone loses.
GRAY was successful in changing the
Yukon Children's Act to include grandparents' access and
custody for consideration as being in the best interests of the
child.
A confidential self-help group meets
regularly to assist grandparents with problems and questions and
someone is available to accompany grandparents to meetings about
legal or policy decisions.
GRAY belongs to the Canadian
Grandparents' Rights Association, and has contact numbers
for similar organizations across Canada.
