Book your flights. If you are booking with WestJet, a convention rate of 10% discount is available. Quote the following code to your travel agent or directly to WestJet by phone or website. QC#5131 Submit copy of airline ticket to ERA mailbox at Sport Yukon for travel subsidy after the Games. |

Contact Diana Simpson 633-5010 to reserve your room. Hotel rooms are block booked August 25 to 30 inclusive (checkout Aug. 31) and paid by ERA. If arriving earlier or staying later, you must pay the hotel directly for extra nights. Have credit card ready for check in - for personal room charges. |

Submit registration form & fee for Bus Tour. Deadline is April 30th. Submit form & fee to ERA at Sport Yukon - ElderActive Recreation Association mailbox. |

| June 11th | Team Yukon Pep Rally & Team Photo - Yukon College Cafeteria - starts promptly at 6:00 pm - wear black pants for photo - Team Shirt and final information will be distributed at Rally. | |
| August 15th | Team Yukon Jackets - Participants can get Team Jackets embroidered at Twisted Stitches "2008 Canada 55+ Games" at no cost to participant. Twisted Stitches donating $ 3 per jacket, ERA contributing $2 per jacket. Name on sleeve optional and at cost to participant. | |
| August 24th |
Packing for Trip - HEALTH FORM - please bring this with you in your carry on luggage, along with an extra list of any medications. (This form is in registration package.) |

Suggested travel day to Dieppe, check into Hotel. Be sure to "SIGN IN" when you arrive at Hotel so we know you have arrived. Look for Team Yukon Bulletin Board in Hotel Lobby for information. |
