  1. This form must be returned by February 28  -
    For curling and ice hockey by January 31
  2. Play-downs will be held over the winter and early spring.
  3. This is not an official 55+ Games Registration form. That will come from Dieppe in the Spring, with instructions for returning it. This only indicates that you want to be part of Team Yukon.
