- Banquet Dinner will be provided at the Games
- the Yukon Government has made a financial contribution to ERA to be used for travel subsidy for participants; the actual subsidy amount per participant will depend on number of Yukon participants and will be divided equally among all participants (similar to the 2006 Games in Portage La Prairie)
- other ERA fundraising efforts may also reduce the overall cost per participants
